At Golf Shoes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit or performance on the green, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn golf shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
